Property Records

Covenant Title Company records are the history of the land in Ochiltree and Lipscomb Counties from Sovereignty of the State of Texas to the present day. Every Section of land and every lot in every town has their own index. These indices show all the owners, restrictions, easements, liens, oil and gas conveyances, and oil and gas leases ever held on a specific piece of land.
